About Nippon VehiclesOur company is 日本自動車合同会社, written in English as NIPPON JIDOSHA GODO GAISHA. Our brand name is Nippon Vehicles.
We are based in Yamagata, Japan. Our office/yard support is used for stock handling, document preparation, customer communication and export coordination.
We can support buyers from many countries including UAE, Pakistan, Namibia, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Caribbean countries and other markets where Japanese used vehicles are importable.
Please check your country’s latest import rules before buying.
No. We can assist with both available stock and auction sourcing. Stock vehicles are usually faster. Auction sourcing is useful when customers need a specific model, grade, budget or year.
WhatsApp is usually fastest for vehicle links, auction sheets, parts photos and quick quotation requests. You can also contact us by email, office phone or fax.
Buying Process
How to buy from Japan- Choose a vehicle from our stock or request auction sourcing.
- Send destination country and port.
- We confirm vehicle availability, price and estimated freight.
- We issue invoice/payment instructions.
- After payment confirmation, we arrange export documents, inspection if needed and shipping.
Please send the vehicle link or stock number, your destination country, destination port, full name, WhatsApp number and whether you need FOB, C&F/CFR or CIF quotation.
Reservation depends on vehicle status and payment confirmation. A vehicle may be sold to another buyer until deposit or full payment is confirmed according to the invoice terms.
Yes. Use the Request a Car page or WhatsApp us with make, model, year, mileage, budget, transmission, fuel type, color and destination port.
For overseas export customers, trade-in is generally not practical. In Japan, local purchase/trade-in may be considered depending on vehicle location and documents.
Visits or inspections may be arranged by appointment only. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm vehicle location, availability and schedule.
Yes. We can help with passenger cars, kei trucks, mini vans, vans, SUVs, buses, trucks and selected commercial vehicles depending on availability and destination import rules.
Yes. Use our free Japanese Chassis Lookup page to check basic vehicle details by frame/chassis number. Results are for reference and should be confirmed with documents/photos.
Auction Sourcing
Japanese auctionsYes. We can help source vehicles from major Japanese auction networks such as USS, JU, TAA, CAA, ARAI, NAA, KCAA, HAA and other available auction sources.
- You tell us your target vehicle and budget.
- We search upcoming auction listings.
- We review auction sheet, grade, mileage, photos and market price.
- You approve a maximum bid.
- We bid only within your approved limit.
Yes. We can help explain auction grade, interior grade, exterior marks, repair history, mileage, options and warning notes. You can also read our Auction Sheet Guide.
Auction grades are general condition indicators. Grade 4 or 4.5 usually means better condition, 3 or 3.5 can have more wear, and R/RA usually indicates repair history. Final decision should be based on the full sheet and inspection notes.
Japanese auction information is helpful but not a full warranty. Auction vehicles are used vehicles and should be treated as as-is unless a specific warranty is clearly provided in writing.
If bidding is unsuccessful, we can continue searching for another vehicle or handle the deposit according to the agreed auction/deposit terms.
Japanese auctions are held on different days from Monday to Saturday. USS Tohoku is normally a Wednesday auction. Please check our Auction Schedule page and confirm before bidding because holidays/special events can change schedules.
No. We bid only after you confirm the vehicle and maximum bid limit. Once a bid is successful, cancellation may not be possible.
Price, Invoice & Payment
Safe payment infoOur export prices may be shown in USD for overseas customers. Some Japan-side costs, auction results and internal calculations may be based on JPY. Final invoice currency will be shown clearly before payment.
- FOB: vehicle price and Japan-side export handling to the port, depending on invoice terms.
- C&F/CFR: vehicle price plus ocean freight to destination port.
- CIF: vehicle price, ocean freight and marine insurance if specifically included.
C&F usually does not include destination port charges, customs duty, VAT/GST, clearance, local inspection, registration, plates, storage, demurrage, local agent fees or inland delivery unless clearly stated in writing.
Bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) is the main method for vehicle payments. For online/card payments, customers should request an official secure payment link after invoice confirmation. Never enter card details into unsafe forms.
Please use our official Bank Information page. Always confirm the account name: 日本自動車合同会社 (NIPPON JIDOSHA GODO GAISHA).
Payment deadlines depend on the invoice and vehicle type. For stock reservations and auction purchases, quick payment is important because delays can cause cancellation, storage charges or shipping delays.
Deposit refund depends on the situation and agreed terms. After successful auction bidding, stock reservation, inspection booking, transport arrangement or other committed costs, cancellation/refund may not be possible or charges may be deducted.
Yes. After bank transfer, send your payment slip/proof by WhatsApp or email with invoice number, buyer name, vehicle details and amount so we can match it quickly.
Shipping, Freight & C&F
Export logisticsShipping time depends on destination country, vessel route, port schedule, transshipment, inspection and carrier availability. ETD/ETA are estimates and can change.

Shipping ports depend on vessel availability. Common ports include Jebel Ali, Karachi, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Durban, Walvis Bay, Auckland, Brisbane, Halifax, Vancouver and many others. Ask us for your destination port.
Freight calculation often depends on vehicle size, M3, destination port and shipping company rates. Larger vehicles, buses and trucks usually cost more than small passenger cars.

Export Documents
Paperwork supportDepending on shipment and destination requirements, documents may include commercial invoice, export/deregistration certificate, bill of lading or surrendered B/L, inspection certificate and other available export/shipping documents.
It is a Japanese deregistration/export document used for exported vehicles. Some countries require translation or specific document handling. Tell us your destination so we can guide you.
Yes, depending on carrier and shipment type. B/L may be original or surrendered/telex release depending on shipping arrangement and payment confirmation.
Sometimes amendments are possible, but fees and delays may apply. Please provide accurate consignee, notify party, address, phone and port details before document processing.
Depending on destination and availability, inspection such as JEVIC, JAAI, EAA, QISJ or other required checks may be arranged at buyer cost. Requirements differ by country.
Normally, destination customs clearance is handled by the buyer or their local clearing agent. We provide Japan-side export/shipping documents based on the agreed terms.
Documents are sent/released after full payment confirmation and after the shipping/export documents are issued by relevant parties. Timing depends on shipment and carrier process.
Vehicle Condition & Inspection
Used vehicle notesUsed vehicles are generally sold as-is unless a written warranty is clearly provided. Please check photos, auction sheet, inspection, mileage, grade and details before buying.
Mileage is based on available Japanese records, auction information and vehicle documents. If mileage is very important, request additional confirmation before purchase.
Auction sheet grade/notes may show repair history, especially grades such as R or RA. However, old repairs or small repairs may not always be fully visible. Ask us to review the sheet before bidding.
For vehicles in our control or accessible locations, we can try to provide additional photos/video. For auction vehicles, available photos depend on the auction source.
Used vehicles may have scratches, dents, rust, interior wear, weak batteries, tire wear, old fluids, small oil leaks, noise, fading paint or other age-related issues. These are common in used vehicles and should be considered before purchase.
Yes, if available for that vehicle/location. Inspection cost and timing depend on the inspection company and vehicle location.
Hybrid battery condition can change with age, use, storage and temperature. Unless a specific test/warranty is provided in writing, we cannot guarantee long-term hybrid battery performance.
