Payment Conditions
- We require 100% payment by T/T telegraphic transfer within 3 working days from invoice issue.
- We send export and shipping documents after T/T payment is confirmed by the bank.
- For auction bidding, full advance payment or agreed deposit is required before bidding.
- If auction bidding is unsuccessful, we refund refundable auction deposit according to the agreed terms.
- Bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, and receiving bank fees should be paid by the buyer.
Terms of Tender
- Standard auction bid limit is up to ¥2,000,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No. Vehicle purchase and export process require advance payment before shipment.
Can I pay to another account if someone emails me new bank details?
No. Do not pay to any changed, personal or third-party bank account without verifying directly with Nippon Vehicles by phone, WhatsApp, or official email.
When will documents be sent?
Documents are prepared and sent after payment is confirmed and the shipment/export process reaches the document stage.
Who pays bank charges?
The buyer is responsible for sending bank charges, intermediary bank charges and receiving bank charges unless otherwise agreed.
What should I send after payment?
Please send remittance copy, invoice number, buyer name and vehicle details by email or WhatsApp.
